IN CASE YOU MISSED IT—GARTH BRINGS BACK LIMITED EDITION VINTAGE T-SHIRTS IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
If you missed your chance to own one of the limited edition retro t-shirts sold in the merch store at Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk this year, Garth has some great news for you. Beginning November 18, a limited number of each of the vintage tees he reintroduced over the last several months will be available at talkshoplive, just in time for the holidays.
The retro designs commemorate hit songs, albums, concert tours and events, including: Central Park, Tour ’90, “Two of a Kind, Workin’ on a Full House,” Sevens, “American Honky-Tonk Bar Association,” Fresh Horses, No Fences, In Pieces, and Ropin’ the Wind.
In addition to these options, Garth announced that the December vintage tee, featuring the cover of The Hits, is available now at talkshoplive and will be in the Friends in Low Places merch store beginning December 2.
“It was a blast thinking back to ‘when the old stuff was new,’” Garth said. “We thought we'd extend the fun by giving everyone another chance to add these shirts to their collection."
Also available at TalkShopLive is The Anthology, Part IV: Going Home, which takes you on the most personal journey of any collection in the Anthology series. With never-before-seen photos and countless anecdotes, this collection captures the 14 years Garth spent in Oklahoma, where he became the dad he always wanted to be to his three daughters and a husband to his best friend, Trisha Yearwood. Included with this volume are six discs showcasing tracks from The Lost Sessions; Blame It All on My Roots: Five Decades of Influences; and original cuts from his early Capitol releases.
