Garth Brooks is taking his Roots to the nation’s capital.
The Blame It All on My Roots Arena Tour is headed to Washington, D.C., marking Brooks’ return to an area where he has spent three decades making memories — and a little history.
Thirty years ago, fans sold out his arena shows in the area and helped him topple a sales record previously held by Prince. Ten years ago, Brooks played just an hour away in Baltimore, where fans helped him best the attendance record previously held by The Beatles.

On the heels of demand from more than 380,000 fans in Indianapolis, 500,000 in Denver and another half-a-million in Chicago, tickets for Garth’s Washington, DC concerts will go on sale Friday, August 21 (10:00am ET).
Garth Brooks’ Blame It All My Roots Arena Tour is rolling on – the fourth stop is Washington, DC! He’ll take the stage at the Capital One Arena on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19!
Tickets will be available via Ticketmaster or through the Ticketmaster App. All tickets are priced at $155 ($140 ticket price + $5.00 Facility Fee + $10.00 Service Charge) — every seat in the house, one fair price.

Garth Brooks has a message for fans still hoping to see his Blame It All On My Roots Tour in Indianapolis: It's not too late.
Fans who register now at blameitallonmyrootstour.com/indianapolis will receive a private purchase link Tuesday morning when more than a combined total of 1,000 additional tickets are released for Brooks' four Indianapolis concerts. Registered fans will receive both an email and text message at 11 a.m. CST with access to purchase the newly released tickets.

When Brooks returns to Allstate Arena on Sept. 11 and 12 as the third stop on his Blame It All On My Roots Arena Tour, he'll be walking back into one of the buildings that helped shape his career.
With an unprecedented 23 shows at Allstate Arena, Brooks holds the venue's record for the most concerts performed there by any artist.
