Garth Brooks Retro “In Pieces” World Tour T-Shirt Available May 6

For the first time ever, five of Garth Brooks’s career-defining albums are available separately on vinyl.  No Fences, The Chase, In Pieces, Fresh Horses, and Triple Live can be purchased at TalkShopLive and in the merch store at Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk, while supplies last.

Garth recalls what it was like taking his music around the world in The Anthology, Part III: LIVE:

“I think it’s worked because we’ve gone after the songs that have a message inside them, songs that may be dressed in the Western motif but that you can get even if you didn’t grow up in the States.  Like there’s some human truth inside the stories that has room for everyone.  Maybe that’s why the stuff was resonating with people outside the U.S.”

And he describes his first shows in Dublin at an indoor venue called The Point.  “They sold out like nine shows, and each one of them was freaking awesome.  It was like leaving home to go to the Super Bowl.  Those beautiful people in the audience knew every word.  Every word . . . We’d never seen anything like it.”

Garth will bring back a “new” retro shirt on the first Monday of each month until the end of the year.  They are available exclusively at the merch store at Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk at 411 Broadway, limit two shirts per customer, while supplies last.  The first vintage tee, released March 7 to celebrate the grand opening of FILP, dated back to 1991 and Ropin’ the Wind.
